Return & Exchange

SPRT offers customers a 30-day return policy, and it becomes active the day you receive your item from us.

If you’ve decided to return the item for a refund or an exchange, please note that to qualify for our return policy, the item needs to be in the same condition when you received it. The item should be sent back in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all the tags attached. You’ll also need to have the previous receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate your return process, please contact us here. After your return request is approved, we’ll complete our process and send you all the instructions along with the shipping label on how to send your package back and at which place. Please note that all items returned to us without request approval will not be eligible for refunds or exchange under any condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

In case you receive an item that is damaged or not the one you ordered, please reach out to us immediately, so we can look into the issue and provide you with the solution on an urgent basis.

Non-Returnable Items

Some of the items are not returnable under any condition - for example, custom sublimated products, personalized items, and special orders. Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards as well. In addition, we also do not accept returns for any hazardous materials.


For a faster exchange, please return the item you received as soon as possible, and once your return request is accepted, you can make a purchase for the new item.


After receiving your return, we will inspect it and eventually notify you if your refund request is approved or not. After your request gets accepted, we’ll send you the refund through the original payment method. In addition, please know that it might take some time for your respective credit card or bank to process the refund.
