At SPRT, we make sure that you receive your orders on time. We have a vast network of warehouses and in-house staff that allow us to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.
SPRT offers free shipping on all orders over $249 within the US, while other shipping charges are:
$19.9 for orders under $249 | $9.99 for orders under $99
Our deliveries are done through USPS ground shipping and some merchandise may take up to 13 to 14 business days to be shipped to you, as we do not have all merchandise available at every location. For instance, the merchandise available at the Michigan or Niles warehouse cannot reach Los Angeles in just two days. Please note that we do not offer free shipping outside the US.
You’ll get the estimated delivery time at the time of order placement. In case if you want to receive your merchandise urgently then you can choose the faster shipping method.
Shipping to the Non-Continental United States
SPRT ships to the following non-continental United States: Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, Guam, A/F/D Post Offices.
Please note that, we do not offer free shipping on any order being shipped to the non-continental United States and the military PO Boxes including APO and FPO. To receive your shipment to the aforementioned states, the order placement should be $249 or more.
Mil Ship SKU
Due to high volumes produced at our manufacturing facility and logistic challenges, guaranteeing same-day shipping is not possible for us sometimes. While ordering Mil Ship SKU, please keep the additional day buffer to allow our facility to ship you the merchandise with your preferred shipping option.
Our orders are shipped via USPS Shipping. It takes us 14 business days to manufacture and ship your custom orders, while 2 to 3 business days for non-custom orders. In rare cases, such as unavailability of orders at your closest warehouse or heavy order rush, it can also take up more than 14 business days to ship your merchandise.
SPRT offers you multiple shipping options including next-day, 2nd, 3rd, or ground shipping.
In some cases, if an item is out of stock, you’ll be immediately notified at the time of order placement. You can decide whether you want to have your order delivered without it or wait for your backorder item to be available again. In case you wish to continue with the backordered item, we will try to ship the item as soon as it gets restocked. Your credit card won’t be charged until your request is satisfied.
